Out of above holidays minimum stay is 2 nights starting on a day of your choice

 

                   

What's included:   

• First basket of fire wood and kindling for direct bookings (further baskets available to buy from ourselves or at Brynhoffnant stores 5 minutes away)

• For winter season stays a basket of firewood and kindling will be provided each night of your stay for direct bookings

• Welsh welcome tray of local goodies including starter amount of milk, tea, coffee & sugar

• All bed linen & blankies (excluding travel cots)

• Use of our indoor barbecue cabin and outdoor cob oven (which makes amazing wood fired pizzas) 

• Use of our gorgeous outdoor bathing area (including Faith in Nature body wash) which has wonderful views,

• Hot water bottles on chilly evenings (must be booked each morning before 10am)

• Toilet roll, hand wash, hand towels, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, washing up liquid, dish sponge/brush & cloths
   

Covid-19 information

• Deposit only 25% to hold bookings 

• Covid Booking Guarantee - flexibility with dates or refund given due to any future lockdowns. A full refund will be given for direct bookings made through this website. Guests are required to inform us of a lockdown in their area within 3 days of the Government notification. Bookings made via a third-party site will be refunded minus fees/commission charges incurred by us at the point of booking. Our usual cancellation policy applies to all other cancellations - please see our T&Cs here.

• At the time of your holiday we will follow the Welsh government Covid rules in place

• We ask any guests with viral symptoms &/or a temperature to take a PCR test, if possible, to reduce the transmission of Covid

• Guests need to ensure they have adequate holiday insurance, with adequate covid cover, in place to cover illnesses & guest cancellations etc.

Notes

• Occupancy over 4 people in Cromen Ddôl & Cwt ar y Bryn will be on our sturdy & comfy fold up beds (choice of soft or firm mattresses: limited availability). Surcharge applies. Travel cots are free of charge (bedding & mattress not provided)

• We can add a fold up bed in our Cromen Glan Môr but it will be a little bit of a squeeze. Surcharge applies 

• To encourage car sharing we will provide a 5% discount for 4+ adults who arrive in one car and share that car throughout their stay (please contact us for our discount code)

• Barbecue coals, firelighters, firewood, luxury marshmallows available on site

• Beautiful, locally grown flower bouquets for special occasions from The Flower Meadow & beeswax & honey products from lovely Wenallt Hive whose bees feed on wildflowers just up the road from us

• If someone in your party is celebrating a birthday whilst you’re here, we can provide a birthday package that includes a bottle of bubbly (with use of glass flutes), a helium balloon, birthday banner, birthday cake & a beautiful bunch of locally grown flowers (or some local sweet treats) or a cream tea all set up in your dome, outside (weather permitting) or in the camp kitchen

• From hog roasts to cold buffets to hot dishes & awesome afternoon teas, we have details of catering companies if you fancy treating yourself & having someone come on site & cater for you. Local business Truly Scrumptious bake fantastic birthday cakes, macarons, personalised cookies & more

• If you want to arrange a surprise for a loved one, we can provide gorgeous hampers full of local goodies - from candles, to natural soaps, to handmade fudge, we can make suggestions & discuss with you beforehand treats to include & prices
