GETTING HERE

Our postcode on satnav brings you to our lane, but we are further down and on the right. Our name Wild Wellingtons is correctly mapped on Google, but it comes up as a different postcode.

There are a number of different ways to get here (depending upon where you're coming from) therefore, if you're able, we recommend checking Google Map before you leave to see what the traffic is doing and to get a best, recommended route.

From the west coast road (A487):

  • if heading south (from Aberystwyth), turn left after the       Brynhoffnant Stores/Garage

  • if heading north, turn right opposite the yellow Brynhoffnant Inn (before the Brynhoffnant Stores/Garage)

Follow the B4334 until you see a signpost (on the left side of the road) to Glynarthen: turn right here.

Follow the road and turn right when the blue house is in front of you. After several yards, turn left before the cottage called Gwylfa: this is our lane. We are further down on your right, our house name is signposted Ffynnondudur.

If you're coming from Carmarthen or Llandovery and pass through Rhydlewis on the B4334, the signpost to Glynarthen will be on your left: turn left here.

Follow the road, turn left after the blue house. After several yards, turn left at the phone box (before Poppy Cottage): this is our lane. We are further down on your right, our house name is signposted Ffynnondudur.

PIT STOP

If you're coming past Shrewsbury, through Newtown onto the A470 we recommend stopping at Llanidloes. It's a couple of minutes out of your way, has toilets (20p), a nice park for kids, a few cafes and restaurants.

Come off at the roundabout onto the B4518 and the park is on your left next to the football club. Keep going for the rest of the town. The Co-op supermarket is on your right, just as you leave the town to go back onto the A470.
