Weekend breaks: 3 nights Fri - Mon

Midweek breaks: 4 nights Mon - Fri

Full week stays:  7 nights Fri - Fri or Mon - Mon

Christmas / New Year's Eve holidays are set up a little differently:                                                                 

Minimum stay 3 nights anytime between 23rd December to 1st January

No arrivals on Christmas Day or New Years Eve                                  

There is a lot more flexibility & great discounts for adding on extra nights around these dates - contact us to discuss your requirements

  

• At present, we will not have a peak season 

• We have classed the Oct/Nov & Feb/Mar school holidays as mid-season breaks rather than high

• Occupancy over 4 people in Cromen Ddôl & Cwt ar y Bryn will be on our sturdy & comfy fold up beds (choice of soft or firm mattresses: limited availability). Surcharge applies. Travel cots are free of charge (bedding & mattress not provided)

• We can add a fold up bed in our Cromen Glan Môr but it will be a little bit of a squeeze. Surcharge applies 

• To encourage car sharing we will provide a 5% discount for 4+ adults who arrive in one car and share that car throughout their stay (please contact us for our discount code)

                    

What's included:   

• First basket of fire wood and kindling (further baskets available to buy from ourselves or at Brynhoffnant stores 5 minutes away)

• For winter season stays a basket of firewood and kindling will be provided each night of your stay

• Welsh welcome tray of local goodies, including starter amount of tea, coffee & sugar

• All bed linen (excluding cots)

• Free use of our indoor barbecue cabin and outdoor pizza oven

• Hot water bottles on chilly evenings (must be booked each morning before 10am)

• Pint of Welsh milk, toilet roll, hand wash, hand towels, tea towels & washing up liquid, dishwashing tablets for each day of your stay, washing up sponges, brushes & cloths

• Local butcher barbecue & meat packs, continental & cooked breakfast hampers & more - please see the information for extras when going through the booking process after clicking on any of our 'BOOK NOW' buttons or get in touch

• Barbecue coals, firelighters, firewood, marshmallows available on site

• Beautiful, locally grown flower bouquets for special occasions from The Flower Meadow & beeswax & honey products from lovely Wenallt Hive whose bees feed on wildflowers just up the road from us

• If someone in your party is celebrating a birthday whilst you’re here we can provide a birthday package that includes a bottle of bubbly (with use of glass flutes), a helium balloon, birthday banner, birthday cake & a beautiful bunch of locally grown flowers (or some local sweet treats) 

• We have wonderful award winning holistic therapist and energy worker Deborah Iles just a few minutes away if you fancy nourishing your mind, body & soul with a massage, some reiki or reflexology. Treatments include Japanese face lifting massage, accupressure, aromatherapy & specialist reiki, orthopody (which focuses on imbalances in the musco-skeletal system and fascia). Deborah will treat you at Wild Wellingtons or you can go to her relaxing Welsh cottage

• From hog roasts to cold buffets to hot dishes & cream teas, we have details of catering companies if you fancy treating yourself & having someone come on site & cater for you. Local business Truly Scrumptious bake fantastic birthday cakes, macarons, personalised cookies & more

• For gin, whisky & cheese tasting / making tours we recommend In the Welsh Wind craft spirit makers & Da Mhille organic distillery & Caws Teifi Cheese close by

• If you want to arrange a surprise for a loved one, we can provide gorgeous hampers full of local goodies - from candles, to natural soaps, to handmade fudge, we can make suggestions & discuss with you beforehand treats to include & prices
