Please note check the earliest check in time is 4pm and we will not be ready for you to arrive before this. If you’re early you could visit Llangrannog village which has a lovely beach, 2 pubs and 2 cafes (Caffi Patio sells great, home-made ice cream and has a terrace right on the beach). We would be grateful if you could let us know your approximate arrival time & if you’re going to be later than you anticipated. Just to remind you, we do not accept, on arrival, more than the number of people booked and we are a no pet site. Have a safe journey.
Check out is 10.30am.

Our postcode on satnav brings you to our lane, but we are further down and on the right. Our name Wild Wellingtons is correctly mapped on Google, but it comes up as a different postcode!
There are a number of different ways to get here (depending upon where you're coming from) therefore, if you're able, we recommend checking Google Map before you leave to see what the traffic is doing and to get a best, recommended route.
From the west coast road (A487):
-
if you're heading south (from Aberystwyth), turn left after the Brynhoffnant Stores/Garage
-
if heading north, turn right opposite the yellow Brynhoffnant Inn (before the Brynhoffnant Stores/Garage)
Follow the B4334 until you see a signpost (on the left side of the road) to Glynarthen: turn right here.
Follow the road and turn right when the blue house is in front of you. After several yards, turn left at the phone box (before Poppy Cottage): this is our lane. We are further down on your right (just after a bungalow which is on the left) and our house name sign Ffynnondudur is on the bank to the left of our gates. Our house name sign is low down on the bank outside, just after our driveway gates, and pretty unassuming so look out for it but we also have a Wild Wellingtons sign here.

If you're coming from Carmarthen or Llandovery and pass Llandysul, then go through Rhydlewis (which is 5 mins from us) on the B4334, the signpost to Glynarthen will be on your left: turn left here.

As yet we do not have a site name as we are in consultation about our entrance.

Pit stops
If your route involves the A470, Llanidloes (before A44) is a good stop with toilets (20p for a wee), cafes and a little playground if you have children who need a bit of a run. It is approximately 1hr 30 from Wild Wellingtons.
Come off at the roundabout (off the A470) onto the B4518 and the park is on your left next to the football club. Keep going for the rest of the town. The Co-op supermarket is on your right, just as you leave the town to go back onto the A470.
Bwlch Nant yr Arian Forest Visitor Centre

Approx. an hour from us (on the A44) this is a fantastic stop with a café, 2 playgrounds, gift shop, walking routes, mountain bike skills park and kite feeding at 2pm (winter) and 3pm (summer).
