Doctors Without Borders /MSF fundraiser

• Adult ticket prices will include admission, 1 burger, 1 hotdog, salad, 1 alcoholic or 2 non alcoholic drinks & music (vegetarian burgers & hotdogs available)
   

• Child ticket prices will include admission, 1 burger OR 1 hotdog, salad, 1 non alcoholic drink, 1 cake & music 
   

• We have VERY limited parking so would be grateful if people would car share where possible. Please be aware that some parking places will be a short walk away on our quiet country lane (wellies & torches needed). Maps will be emailed with tickets
   

• If the week leading up to the event has been wet, please wear wellies or similar as our ground can get wet & slippery
   

• The event will be held in our geodesic dome which has a wood burner & our barbecue cabin & an outdoor marquee which doesn't have heating (so wrap up)
   

• This is a CASH EVENT - further drinks & cakes (depending upon cake donations) will be available to buy
   

• Once tickets have been booked online (see booking button above) immediate payment will need to be made to:

  Tickets & booking confirmation will be emailed to you to print off once payment has been received & your order processed
   

• We will be making 1 big payment directly to Doctors Without Borders (MSF) once all fundraising monies are collected to avoid payment processing charges by Just Giving & other similar platforms
